High Storrs Annual Reunion Organiser

The 75th anniversary celebrations of High Storrs at Bents Green will take place at school on June 28th, 11am-4.30 pm. There will be a wide range of activities, performances, displays and events during the day.

The formal opening will take place at 1pm in the school library, led by guests of honour The Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Nick Clegg MP and Don Tomlin, a former pupil who was present at the original opening in 1933.

There will be the opportunity to take a tour of school; this will be of particular interest to former pupils as the rebuilding work will start in July, and this will be the last chance to see the school before it is restored to its former glory. Plans and maps of the detailed rebuilding and refurbishment will be available to view.
